Frequently Asked Prescription Questions
We can accommodate single-vision prescriptions with a spherical value (SPH) between -6.00 and +4.00 up to a -/+2.00 cylinder (CYL). If you have astigmatism, we need both your cylinder and axis values.
We do not offer bifocals for ADD powers, prism, or progressives. We can however, accommodate your ADD value as a single vision lens for near vision/computer or distance.
IMPORTANT: When your local optical provider, optometrist, or ophthalmologist writes your prescription, make sure to request that they include your pupillary distance (PD) on the prescription. We are unable to fill an RX without this information

If your eye doctor didn’t include your PD measurement on your RX, there are a few things you can do to get your pupillary distance.
First, request the PD measurement from your eye care provider. Most eye doctor offices are familiar with patients requesting the PD to order their own eyewear, though some are hesitant to provide it if they fear you won’t purchase from them.
Second, visit an eye care provider (ECP or eye care professional) to have your pupillary distance measured.
As a last resort, you can measure your own PD (pupillary distance) with a millimeter ruler. To learn more visit our FIT GUIDE
Make an appointment with your local optical provider, optometrist, or ophthalmologist for an eye exam. Make sure to request that they include your pupillary distance (PD) with the prescription. We are unable to fill an RX without this information.

PRESCRIPTION
Gamer Advantage accepts FSA and HSA dollars for all prescription eyewear purchases as long as your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card (such as VISA or Mastercard).
NON-PRESCRIPTION
However, if you’re purchasing non-prescription eyewear, we recommend following up with your vision care provider to confirm if they cover blue light blocking glasses.
First, double-check the balance on your FSA account to ensure you can cover the full cost of the frame.
You can place an order online using your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card.
If your benefits expire at the end of the year, you have until December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET to place an order with us using your FSA dollars. Be sure to double-check with your carrier for details on your plan.
